Vesperbell is a product of imadev llc ("Vesperbell," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Vesperbell provides an SMS, email, and calling platform that churches use to communicate with people who have opted in to hear from them.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide (name, email address, phone number, and church or organization name) when you join our waitlist, opt in to text messages, request a demo, or create an account.
- Consent records: when and how you opted in to receive messages, including the consent language you agreed to, the date, and technical metadata such as IP address.
- Usage information needed to operate and secure the service.
Mobile information & SMS messaging
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you may receive recurring SMS messages from Vesperbell, which may include account notifications, customer-care replies, and product or onboarding messages. Message frequency varies (typically up to about four messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
We share mobile information only with service providers that help us deliver messages (for example, our messaging carrier), and only as needed to provide the service. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, and we will not share your opt-in to an SMS program with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing that program.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to provide and improve the service, to send the messages you have opted in to receive, to respond to inquiries, to send account and billing notices, and to keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us at the address below.
Data retention & security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and compliance obligations (including records of messaging consent), and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
